Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  2. Peel your Sweet Potato and dice it into small bite sized chunks
  3. Dice your apple into small bite sized chunks
  4. Place Apples and Potatoes in a piece of Foil and add coconut oil, syrup, cinnamon and salt
  5. Close foil and toss the hash around so produce is coated well
  6. lightly close foil and place on tray in the oven and cook for 15 minutes
  7. Open foil and let the hash cook for another 8-10 minutes depending on how done you like your produce
  8. Serve with eggs for breakfast or with meat for dinner!
