By on March 26, 2015

Sitting on my back porch and feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin, that can only mean one thing, it’s that time of the year again! I am about to remove all sweeteners from my diet and get myself into shape before hitting the pools and beaches.

Who’s with me?  Are you about to start a Whole 30 or 21 day Sugar Detox in April?

Set yourself up to succeed in your weight goals by stocking up on snacks that you can enjoy. I find that if I deprive myself of treats and snacks, I am burnt out and wanting to quit a detox after the first week. Lucky for you, these are detox approved so be sure to keep them on hand as you begin to work on fitting into that bathing suit.
