I love the response I get when I tell people that I eat Paleo. Most people don’t believe that we Paleo-holics still get to eat amazing food. We love shocking people with Paleo treats, including Paleo Dessert Recipes, that are so delicious everyone is sure to enjoy.

This easy fudge recipe is my favorite dessert to make when I visit friends, go to parties or for a special treat to have around the house for my family. With spring and cookout season upon us, try taking it to a party and see the reaction!

East Fudge Recipe - 3 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge

3 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 C. Chocolate Chips ( I use Enjoy Life Brand)
  • ½ C. Nut Butter ( I prefer Cashew nut butter for this particular recipe but you can use your favorite)
  • 2 Tbsp. Almond Milk

Process:

  1. Place Chocolate Chips and Cashew Nut butter in a saucepan
  2. Heat on stovetop on low heat stirring often to keep from burning
  3. Once Chocolate and nut butter are melted and blended, add Almond milk and stir
  4. Line an 8×8 pan with Parchment Paper and pour in the Chocolate mixture
  5. Spread the fudge to the thickness you prefer, I spread mine about an inch thick
  6. Place fudge in your refrigerator for 4 hours
  7. Remove and cut into squares
  8. These will keep in the refrigerator for a week

Yields: Makes 20 Squares   Store: Keeps in an Airtight container for a week
