If your comfort food is pasta–but you still want to reap the awesome health rewards of the Paleo diet in order to lose weight, repair your body on a cellular level, and avoid future diseases–

Don’t worry. All is not lost.

In fact, Paleo spaghetti is one of my favorite comfort foods in the world. It’s ripe with vitamin C, sauce-based grass-fed protein, and tons of other nutrients. Plus, it’s warm and natural on these lazy cold days. (Writing this from beneath a blanket right now, FYI.)

(Also, with paleo spaghetti, say goodbye to all those long carb naps you had to take with past spaghetti binges. Phew. The hours I lost!)
