All of the above items are stocked with broth. And bone broths from lamb, chicken, fish, and beef are great staples of every diet throughout the world. They’re pulsing with nutrients; they’re easy on your digestion system; they’re essential to boost your immune system.

In fact: it’s been shown that the paleo diet recipe’s bone broth has the following awesome benefits:

1. Repair Intestinal Wall and Halt Leaky Gut Syndrome.

Leaky gut syndrome occurs when the food you eat—things like sugar, grains, and gluten—actually irritate your intestinal cell walls and pave tiny holes into your bloodstream. Through this process, you have actual food particles bumbling through your body, which can formulate irritation at the brain cell level. NOT GOOD!

4-5 bones of either chicken, beef, lamb, or fish

2 ½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar

7 cups cold water

2 carrots

3 garlic cloves

½ stalk celery


Begin by placing the bones of your chosen meat in a large stock pot. Cover the bones with water. Add the carrots, the garlic cloves, and the celery stalk.

Next, pour the apple cider vinegar into the water.

Completely fill the large pot with water.

Heat the water and allow it to boil. Next, reduce the heat to low to allow it to simmer for seven hours.

Remember that chicken bones cook in about twenty-five hours; beef bones cook in about fifty hours.

Afterwards, remove all the bones and the vegetables from the broth. A fat layer will have formulated over the broth. Keep the fat layer there until you consume the broth.
